At CenClear, we provide comprehensive Early Childhood Education, as well as Mental Health and Substance Use Services designed for individuals of all ages. Serving Blair, Cambria, Cameron, Clarion, Clearfield, Centre, Elk, Huntingdon, Jefferson, and Mifflin Counties, we also offer select programs in neighboring areas to ensure support where it's needed most.
