About the Role:

Are you experienced in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and passionate about working with youth up to age 21?

CenClear's Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program is seeking licensed Behavior Consultants (BCs) specializing in ABA. IBHS supports children whose behavioral, emotional, or mental health challenges impact home, school, or community life. Our goal is to surround them with the care and behavioral support they need to thrive. Services are delivered across home, school, and community settings.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality behavioral consultation, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help families achieve lasting change. We offer competitive pay, flexible work options, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Blair | Centre | Clearfield | Huntingdon/Mifflin/Juniata (HMJ) | Jefferson

What You'll Do:

  • Full-time: 40 hours/week, year-round
  • Part-time: Flexible scheduling available
  • Provide direct clinical therapy, behavioral consultation, and case management
  • Deliver individualized ABA-based interventions following treatment plans
  • Meet regularly with families and schools to support service delivery
  • Maintain thorough documentation (e.g., assessments, treatment plans, progress notes)
  • Supervise BHT staff and provide related documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Manage schedules, authorizations, and referrals
  • Attend supervision, staff meetings, and required trainings
  • Stay current with licensure/certification requirements
  • Support agency initiatives and uphold a positive community image

What We're Looking For:

  • Be licensed in Pennsylvania (PA) as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services AND have one of the following:
    • A certification as a BCaBA or other undergraduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
    • A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 12 credits in ABA from an accredited college or university.
    • A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services under the supervision of a professional with a certification as a BCBA and a minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA approved by the Department or provided by a continuing education provider approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Be licensed in PA as a psychologist and have a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA approved by the Department or provided by a continuing education provider approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
