About the Role:
Our Behavioral Health Division is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Credentialing Specialist to support our mission of ensuring that providers are properly credentialed and consumers have access to the services they need. This role is essential in maintaining provider eligibility across funding streams and supporting our insurance processes to keep operations running smoothly. With your help, our team can stay focused on providing high-quality support to individuals and families in our programs.

What You'll Do:
- Work 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
- Credentialing - Complete and maintain provider credentialing, manage CAQH profiles, maintain contracts and insurance websites, maintain credentialing database, update provider rosters/site info, and serve as liaison with private insurance/Medicare.
- Miscellaneous - Complete other assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and represent the agency professionally.
- Participate in required meetings, trainings, and public-relations activities.
What We're Looking For:
- Business degree or 2+ years of experience in insurance or credentialing.
- Knowledge of insurance eligibility, credentialing procedures, and healthcare funding processes.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with health insurance websites.
- Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to adapt work hours to the needs of the role.
- Access to reliable transportation
- Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
