About the Role:

Our Behavioral Health Division is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Specialist to join our team. In this vital front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

What You'll Do:

  • Create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Check clients in and out for appointments
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Process payments for services rendered
  • Perform data entry and maintain client records
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  • Operate office equipment and utilize Microsoft Office programs
  • Travel periodically to satellite offices in surrounding counties as needed
  • Work 40 hours per week, 52 weeks a year (some evenings as needed)

What We're Looking For:

  • Business or associate degree or 3 to 5 years of related job experience
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Prior knowledge of computer software, office equipment, and Microsoft Office programs preferred
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
