Position: Mental Health Licensed Outpatient Therapist

Employment Type: Part-time position of up to 30 hours per week, with an opportunity for full-time employment

Pay: This fee-for-service position offers hourly rates of $22.50-$57.00, depending on whether hours are direct or non-direct.

We're looking to hire a Licensed Outpatient Therapist to provide mental health services to individuals and families. You'll work closely with a collaborative treatment team to help clients achieve meaningful goals in a supportive, professional environment.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver therapeutic services in collaboration with the treatment team
• Comply with all state and funding source guidelines
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Communicate and coordinate with families, staff, and other providers
• Attend required in-house and external trainings
• Engage in professional development
• Participate in supervision

What We're Looking For:

• Current licensing in this Pennsylvania Commonwealth as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT
• Experience working with individuals with substance use and mental disorders.
• Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
