About the Role:

If so, CenClear is looking for you! We are currently hiring a Licensed or Licensed Eligible Outpatient Therapist for our Healing After Trauma (HAT) grant to specialize in evidence-based trauma therapy for children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. Training and supervision provided.

What You'll Do:

  • Full-time preferred (40 hours/week); part-time available
  • Evening availability at least two days per week (until 7 p.m.)
  • Deliver high-quality, recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally respectful therapy to individuals and families
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans in accordance with program timelines and best practices
  • Collaborate with clients and families on treatment goals, discharge planning, and aftercare
  • Coordinate care with internal team members, external providers, schools, and natural supports
  • Adhere to agency philosophy, state regulations, and funding requirements
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and outcome measures to monitor progress and determine level of care
  • Foster a safe, welcoming, and supportive therapeutic environment
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, required trainings, and clinical supervision
  • Meet a productivity requirement of 24 billable hours per 40-hour workweek

What We're Looking For:

  • Current licensing in this Pennsylvania Commonwealth as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT (Preferred) OR
  • Licensed Eligible Master's Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services), or other related field which includes a practicum in a health or human service agency
  • Experience working with individuals with substance use and mental disorders.
  • Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
