About the Role:

We're hiring Outpatient Therapists to provide mental health services to individuals and families. You'll work closely with a collaborative treatment team to help clients achieve meaningful goals in a supportive, professional environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Full-time preferred (40 hours/week); part-time available
  • Evening availability at least two days per week (until 7 p.m.)
  • Deliver therapeutic services in collaboration with the treatment team
  • Comply with all state and funding source guidelines
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
  • Communicate and coordinate with families, staff, and other providers
  • Attend required in-house and external trainings
  • Engage in professional development
  • Participate in supervision
  • Maintain 24 billable hours per 40-hour workweek

What We're Looking For:

  • Current licensing in this Pennsylvania Commonwealth as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT (Preferred) OR
  • Licensed Eligible Master's Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services), or other related field which includes a practicum in a health or human service agency
  • Experience working with individuals with substance use and mental disorders.
  • Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
