About the Role:

We’re looking to hire a Outpatient Therapist to provide mental health and substance use disorder services to individuals and families. You’ll work closely with a collaborative treatment team to help clients achieve meaningful goals in a supportive, professional environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Full-time preferred (40 hours/week); part-time available
• Evening availability at least two days per week (until 7 p.m.) for full-time
• Deliver therapeutic services in collaboration with the treatment team
• Comply with all state and funding source guidelines
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Communicate and coordinate with families, staff, and other providers
• Attend required in-house and external trainings
• Engage in professional development
• Participate in supervision

What We’re Looking For:

• Current licensing in this Pennsylvania Commonwealth as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT
• Experience working with individuals with substance use and mental disorders.
• Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
