About the Role:

We're looking to hire an Outpatient Therapist to provide SUD services to individuals and families. You'll work closely with a collaborative treatment team to help clients achieve meaningful goals in a supportive, professional environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Full-time preferred (40 hours/week); part-time available
  • Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients and families in collaboration with other members of the treatment team.
  • Billable requirement of 24 billable hours per 40-hour workweek
  • Evening availability at least two days per week (until 7 p.m.) for full-time
  • Adhere to state and funding source regulations and guidelines.
  • Develops individualized treatment plans with identified treatment modality
  • Assures that ongoing communication and collaboration occurs among all treatment team members and other necessary staff, as well as family members and other providers as appropriate.
  • Participates in required in-house and appropriate out-of-house trainings
  • Identifies ongoing areas of professional development and learning opportunities.
  • Actively participates in and receives supervision from assigned supervisor

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Level with CADC Credential OR
  • Master's Degree with CAADC Credential OR
  • Current licensing in this Pennsylvania Commonwealth as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT
  • Experience working with individuals with substance use and mental disorders.
  • Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
