Angela Mullen is the CFO at Cen-Clear Child Services, Inc. As CFO, Angela heads the Business Office, which incorporates Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Billing. Angela works closely with HR, Leadership and the Board of Directors to make sure we are managing finances in a strategic and intentional manner according to regulation and funder restrictions. Angela is passionate about using her talents to support decisions that benefit both the organization and the people served, helping ensure CenClear is providing quality services in everything we do.

Joshua Kephart is the CIO at Cen-Clear Child Services, Inc. Joshua leads in the technology innovation, ensuring compliance needs are met through strengthening IT governance. Joshua also supports the operational side of CenClear through network infrastructure and the digital tools used to connect and power the business. Joshua has a focus on advancing the digital footprint at CenClear and driving for organizational transformation to enable long-term success and growth. Providing strategic vision for technology that aligns with business goals, ensuring CenClear remains secure, agile and future ready for the direction the business goes.

Quentin is the HR Generalist at Cen-Clear Child Services, Inc. Quentin leads the Human Resources department which involves working with all employees to help solve organizational problems. Quentins areas of concerntration is how we advertise for positions, hire, onboard, employee benefits, workers compensation, unemployment filings. Quentin has a general idea of everything dealing with people and the CenClear business.
