About the Role:
We are seeking an Outpatient Licensed Therapist to provide mental health services to individuals and families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to confidentiality in a behavioral health setting.
Ideal candidates demonstrate empathy, strong communication and listening skills, and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries while delivering client care.

What You’ll Do:
- Full-time position: work 40 hours per week, 52 weeks a year (some evenings as needed); part-time available
- Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients and families in collaboration with other members of the treatment team.
- Adhere to state and funding source regulations and guidelines.
- Develops individualized treatment plans with identified treatment modality
- Assures that ongoing communication and collaboration occurs among all treatment team members and other necessary staff, as well as family members and other providers as appropriate.
- Participates in required in-house and appropriate out-of-house trainings
- Identifies ongoing areas of professional development and learning opportunities.
- Actively participates in and receives supervision from assigned supervisor
- Attend required psychiatric supervision twice a month
What We’re Looking For:
- Current licensing in this Pennsylvania Commonwealth as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT
- Experience working with individuals with mental health disorders.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings to meet client needs.
- Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
