Position: Classroom Support Assistant
Location: Port Matilda, PA (Matternville area)
Employment Type: Part-time position, approximately 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, during the school year.

Pay: $14.21 per hour

As a Classroom Support Assistant, you play a vital role by working directly with your assigned child to foster an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment. Join our team today!

What You'll Do:

• Work with children aged 3 to 5
• Adapt classroom settings to accommodate individual needs
• Support children in the classroom to ensure a positive learning environment
• Encourage and teach independence and self-help skills
• Escort children to and from the classroom
• Completes and submits paperwork within the required timeframes

What We're Looking For:

• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Experience working with young children
• Documented good physical health
• Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
